Scope and operator

This notice applies when you connect or use Morning’s LinkedIn integration, including its pilot, MCP tools, approval interface, and managed runtime. MORNING ARP S.A.S. operates the integration. This notice complements Morning’s website privacy notice and LinkedIn’s own policies.

Information the connection may provide

The exact information depends on the permissions shown in LinkedIn’s authorization screen and the features you choose to use.

• An app-scoped LinkedIn member identifier, name, profile image, and email address only when the requested permission includes them and you grant it.
• LinkedIn Page or organization identifiers, your administrative role or authorization, granted scopes, and connection or reauthorization status.
• Drafts, post text, media, alt text, approval decisions, publishing instructions, provider post identifiers, delivery results, and timestamps created through the integration.
• Limited technical, security, and audit events needed to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the connection.

Important: Morning never asks for or receives your LinkedIn password.

Why we use it

• To connect the correct LinkedIn member or Page to the correct Morning workspace.
• To verify permissions and roles before an action is offered.
• To prepare, approve, publish, read back, and manage content you direct us to handle within the permissions LinkedIn grants.
• To provide support, security, rate-limit handling, failure recovery, and an attributable audit trail.

Connected agents and clients

If you deliberately connect an approved agent or client, it may receive the minimum tool inputs and structured results needed for the action you request. It does not receive your LinkedIn password or Morning’s stored access token. You remain responsible for selecting a trusted client and reviewing material publishing actions. Morning does not use LinkedIn data to train general-purpose AI models.

Storage and security

Access tokens and other credentials are encrypted and kept outside public pages, dashboards, prompts, and tool responses. Morning may use Cloudflare services to run the integration and store limited tenant, draft, media, connection, and audit state. We use access controls, tenant separation, minimized logs, and fail-closed permission checks. No internet service is risk-free, so report suspected misuse promptly.

Retention and deletion

We keep LinkedIn-derived information only while it is needed for the active connection, a requested workflow, security, support, or an applicable recordkeeping obligation. Shorter LinkedIn limits control where they apply. Drafts and staged media can be deleted; minimal audit receipts may remain after content is removed so that approvals and security events remain attributable.

The integration is not designed to collect or retain profiles or social activity of people who have not connected or authorized the app.

Sharing and restricted uses

We share information only with LinkedIn to perform the requested provider action, with service providers such as Cloudflare that operate the integration, with a client or agent you deliberately connect, or when law or security requires it. We do not sell LinkedIn data. Morning prohibits using the integration for scraping, unsolicited mass messaging, surveillance, sensitive profiling, advertising audiences, recruiting decisions, lead enrichment, or model training.

Your controls

• Disconnect the integration in Morning to block new Morning actions.
• Revoke the app in LinkedIn’s permitted-services settings to invalidate provider authorization.
• Ask us to export, correct, or delete information held by Morning. Deleting Morning data does not remove posts already published on LinkedIn; those must be managed at LinkedIn.

Updates and contact

We will update this notice before materially changing how the integration handles data. Questions, privacy requests, and deletion requests can be sent to [email protected]. We may need to verify that you control the affected connection before acting on a request.
