Scope of these terms

These terms govern Morning’s LinkedIn-connected pilot, MCP tools, approval interface, and managed runtime. MORNING ARP S.A.S. operates the integration. Morning’s website terms and open-source license cover different surfaces. A managed customer deployment may also require a separate agreement; if terms conflict, that agreement controls for the managed service.

Who may connect an account

You must be able to enter a binding agreement, maintain a LinkedIn account in good standing, and have the rights and administrative authority required for every member profile or Page you connect. Do not connect another person’s account, a Page you do not administer, or content you are not authorized to manage.

Permitted use

You may use the integration to prepare, review, publish, read back, and manage content for your own authorized LinkedIn profile or Page, using only the features and permissions currently enabled for your workspace. Provider permissions, rate limits, review status, and product gates may limit what is available.

Human direction and publishing approval

Publishing must follow a current, attributable human instruction. Self-service tools require a deliberate approval for the specific content and destination before publishing. Scheduling or an approved content program may execute later only when the exact content, destination, timing rules, and authority were approved and LinkedIn permits that workflow. Morning may refuse or pause an action when approval, role, scope, or provider state is unclear.

Content and responsibility

You keep your rights in content you submit. You give Morning the limited permission needed to process, store, transform, and send that content for the workflow you request. You are responsible for accuracy, rights, disclosures, accessibility, and compliance with law and LinkedIn’s rules. Review agent-generated suggestions before approving them.

Prohibited use

• Scraping, bulk collection, or storing LinkedIn profiles or activity outside an expressly permitted feature.
• Spam, unsolicited mass messages, artificial engagement, impersonation, or deceptive automation.
• Surveillance, sensitive profiling, ad targeting, recruiting decisions, credit or eligibility decisions, or lead enrichment using LinkedIn data.
• Training a general-purpose AI model on LinkedIn data or exposing LinkedIn data or credentials to an unauthorized agent or service.
• Bypassing provider protections, permissions, rate limits, security controls, review requirements, or a Morning approval gate.
• Unlawful, infringing, discriminatory, fraudulent, malicious, or privacy-invasive content or conduct.

Connected agents and account security

Use only clients and agents you trust. Do not share passwords, tokens, or secret keys with an agent. Keep your devices and workspace access secure and notify us promptly of suspected compromise. Morning may disconnect a client, disable a tool, or suspend access to protect you, another person, LinkedIn, or the service.

Provider changes and availability

LinkedIn controls its platform, permissions, review decisions, rate limits, and APIs. Features may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or withdrawn without Morning controlling that outcome. Pilot features may change as we validate them. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, publication, reach, or engagement. We will favor a clear failure over silently performing an unauthorized action.

Privacy, disconnection, and termination

Our LinkedIn app privacy notice explains data handling and your controls. You may disconnect at any time. Morning may restrict or end access for misuse, security risk, provider requirements, nonpayment under a separate managed-service agreement, or material breach of these terms. Provisions about rights, responsibility, audit records, and limits that must logically survive will continue after disconnection.

Relationship with LinkedIn

Morning is an independent application and is not endorsed, certified, sponsored, or operated by LinkedIn. LinkedIn and its logos are trademarks of their respective owner. Your use of LinkedIn remains subject to LinkedIn’s terms and policies.

Service limits and contact

The integration is provided with the care described in the applicable service agreement, but pilot and self-service features are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Morning is not responsible for indirect loss, provider outages, removed permissions, or outcomes caused by content or instructions you supply.
