Purpose-built tools for connected work

Your channels.
A connected way to work.

Social work is more than a publish button. Planning, assets, review, conversations, and learning belong to the same business. Our social MCPs are being built to help agents work across those steps with purpose-built capabilities.

What is an MCP?

Model Context Protocol gives an agent a defined way to use tools and connected resources. A social MCP exposes specific capabilities for a social workflow. Useful tools have clear inputs, permissions, and outcomes so the agent can act on the right system and explain what happened.

From an idea to a reviewed action.

We are designing capabilities around the actual workflow: connect the brief to the assets, prepare work for review, and carry approved actions into the appropriate channel. The business retains the decisions and context around that work. Specific actions depend on the provider and the connection you configure.

Capability with clear boundaries.

Access to a tool is not authorization to publish. Our direction separates preparation, approval, execution, and confirmation of the result. Provider permissions and account access remain explicit. Available platforms, supported actions, and any operational limits will be documented before a managed service launches.

Fits into a larger system.

The tool is one layer. ARP connects it to the business records, layered context handling, and skill discovery that help an agent find the right procedure. The goal is a workflow people can oversee and improve, with less repeated setup every time work crosses a channel.
